YOSHIKUNI KATO
In 1988, Yoshikuni Kato received his MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and in 1981 he received his BE from Tokyo University. Yoshikuni started his career at the Sekisui Chemical Co. and later worked for McKinsey & Company Inc. at Tokyo Office, Osaka Office, Sydney Office and Seoul Office (1988-1996). He was also the VP at A.T. Kearney leading APAC Internet practice (1996-1998).
In 1999 Yoshikuni founded Autobytel Japan K.K (current Autoc one K.K.) jointly with Autobytel, Itochu, Trans Cosmos, Recruit, Orico, and GE capital. He served as President & CEO of the company for 19 years until he retired in June, 2018, leading the company as a pioneer of automotive sales and marketing platform on web with the largest network in Japan of car dealers, car manufacturers nationwide.

NAOTO YOSHIE

In 2010 Naoto graduated from the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Engineering.
He joined DeNA Co., Ltd. and engaged in multiple projects as an engineer, a manager, and a producer for game developments and IT services.
In 2015 Naoto founded flaggs, Inc., an engineering firm for game applications.

In 1974 Hiroshi Nonomiya joined Mitsubishi Corporation and in 1990 he founded MCF Financial Service in London as the first president.
In 1996 Hiroshi transferred to Ripplewood Holdings (New York), a private equity fund.
In 1999 he became a founding member of Japan Fund of Ripplewood.
In 2012 he joined Crosspoint Advisors as a co-partner, an independent advisory firm founded by former executives of global investment banks and general trading companies.
In 2012 Hiroshi founded Social Investment Partners, to set up and manage Japan’s first venture philanthropy fund; since August 2017 joint representative director of the corporation.

Former Vice president of Autoc-one K.K. (retired in June, 2018).
In 1985 Tsutako Oishi joined Computer Mind Co., Ltd. She as a SE later a manager, worked for a number of IT system development projects, including the accounting system of a major Japanese trading company and sthe HR system of a leading pharmaceutical company in UK.
In 1992 Tsutako joined Yokohama FM Broadcasting Corporation as a manager of PR marketing, overseeing program promotion, listener correspondence and event management.
In 1995 she joined SOFTBANK CORP. to work for Game Bank Corporation, a joint venture with Microsoft (SOFTBANK's first cross border joint venture), mainly in charge of advertising & publicity. She also successively served Computer Channel Co., Ltd. (Softbank's CS program) in charge of advertising & sales and ONSALE Corporation (now Gan Ho Co., Ltd.) in charge of PR publicity.
In 1999 Tsutako joined Autobytel Japan K.K. (current Autoc one K.K.) and successively served as GM of Public Relations, GM of Management Division, and GM of Editorial Division; since 2004 Director of the company and retired in June 2018.
Tsutako is serving multiple clients for management and sales & marketing support.

Management consultant. Part-time lecturer at Waseda University, Graduate School of Business Administration.
Daisuke Kawai graduated from Political Science Department of Waseda University School of Political Science and Economics.
He founded Tao after working at the Long-Term Credit Bank Research Institute and Watson Wyatt (current Willis Towers Watson).
In addition to his recent work "Leader is different from boss 本物のリーダーは引っ張らない"(Kodansha), he published many books raising issues concerning the workplace of modern society, such as "How to make a good mood workplace 不機嫌な職場" (co-author, Kodansha’s new library of knowledge) which became a best seller of more than 280,000 copies, and business allegories "Do not kill a cock ニワトリを殺すな" modelled after Soichiro Honda which sold more than 100,000 copies (under the pen name of Kevin · D · Wang, Gentosha).
Daisuke received the Good Design Award 2008 as a producer at the food company he founded and served as CEO.

In 2001 Keisuke Kouno joined HR consulting firm in 2001 and in 2004 participated in the foundation of HR venture firm and joined the company as a director to work for new business development, career support projects for athletes, and etc.
In 2011 Keisuke joined COACH A Co., Ltd.. He worked for projects of major foreign-affiliated companies and also served as a coaching consultant to client executives.
In 2016 he joined IBM Japan as a strategic consultant to help clients achieve transformation in the HR field.
In 2016 Keisuke founded ippo Co., Ltd.. and assumed the position of CEO. He works on executive search, HR consulting and inbound business consulting.

SHINICHI UEYAMA
Professor of Policy Studies in Keio University.
A global traveler.
After graduating from Kyoto University School of Law, Shinichi entered the Department of Transportation (current the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport), went on to study in the United States (master’s course of Princeton University), and joined McKinsey & Company (Partner).
Shinichi specializes in regional management and management reform.
